In addition to the authority to enforce ordinances designated in §§ 33.01 and 33.02, the Codes Enforcement Officer shall have the authority to investigate suspected violations of all ordinances of the borough and to file summary proceedings or to take such other enforcement steps with the concurrence of the Borough Solicitor that he or she deems necessary to the proper enforcement of all such ordinances.
