(A) No fire may be set other than those fires defined as exceptions in § 91.05 without first obtaining a borough burn permit upon application made on a form provided by the borough and directed to the duly authorized enforcement agent appointed by the Borough Council.
(B) The fee for said permit is an amount as established from time to time by resolution of Borough Council.
