SCHEDULE I. ANGLE PARKING REQUIRED ON PORTIONS OF CERTAIN STREETS.
   (A)   Only angle parking shall be permitted an the following portions of streets:
 
Street
Side
Between
East Seventh Avenue
South
Columbia Avenue and end of Seventh
 
   (B)   On all streets where angle parking is required, every vehicle parked at the angle shall be parked with its front nearest the curb.
