(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) (1) A violation of any of the statutes identified in § 72.03(B) shall be punishable by a fine of $25, payable to the borough, and delivered to the Northern York County Regional Police Department (NYCRPD) within ten days of issuance of a parking violation notice and a fee of $25 if not paid within such ten days. Service of such parking violation notice shall be effective upon placing the notice on the offending vehicle.
(2) Failure to pay the fine set forth in division (B)(1) above, within the ten-day period after issuance, shall, upon conviction before a District Justice Court upon conviction each time for violation is $50 and costs of prosecution.
