(a) As used in this section, “smoke” means to burn any substance containing tobacco, including a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe, or to burn a clove cigarette.
(b) No person shall smoke in any building or other enclosed structure owned by the City or its agencies with the exception of social events held in the Fire Halls located in Fire Station No. 1 and Fire Station No. 2, unless a no-smoking sign is posted on the premises thereof.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
