(a) As used in this section, “yard waste” means and includes solid waste that includes only leaves, grass clippings, brush, garden waste, tree trunks, holiday trees, tree trimmings and/or prunings. “Yard waste” shall also have the meaning given in applicable Ohio EPA regulations.
(b) Yard waste can be set out with refuse or garbage for curbside pick-up.
(c) City residents may also dispose of loose yard waste at the Evergreen Recycling and Disposal Facility at no cost, provided that they have obtained a green pass for the use of the landfill in accordance with the Second Amendment of the Supplemental Agreement between the City and Waste Management of Ohio, Inc.
