633.18 INSPECTIONS; RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   (a)   The Administrator or his or her designated agent may enter at any reasonable time, with reasonable notice, into or upon any private or public property, except the administrative offices of any person, for the purposes of inspection and investigation of any condition or equipment which the Administrator has reasonable cause to believe is causing unnecessary noise in violation of a provision of this chapter.
   (b)   The Administrator or his or her designated agent may inspect at any reasonable time and in a reasonable manner, with reasonable notice, any record relating to the use of equipment which creates or may create unnecessary noise.
   (c)   No person shall refuse entry to, or obstruct, delay, prevent or in any way interfere with, the Administrator or his or her designated agent while carrying out an inspection, or in the performance of their duties. If such right of entry is unreasonably denied, the Administrator or his or her designated agent may obtain a search warrant.
   (d)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
