633.06 ANIMALS.
   (a)   No owner, keeper or harborer of any animal shall permit or suffer such animal to continuously or frequently bark, howl or emit other audible sounds which create unreasonable, excessive or offensive noise to the annoyance or discomfort of any person of ordinary sensibilities in the vicinity of such animal.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. The penalty shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
