618.14 BARKING OR HOWLING DOGS.

(a) No person shall harbor or keep a dog which, by loud and frequent or habitual barking, howling or yelping, causes annoyance or disturbance to the neighborhood or any of its residents.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
