(a) No person shall bring or convey any alcoholic beverage into any park, nor shall any person consume any alcoholic beverage in a park.
(b) For purposes of this section, “park” shall be defined as a park, reservation, playfield, playground, tot lot, multipurpose area, ballfield, tennis court, basketball area, and all other open space areas in or outside of the City, owned or used by the City and devoted to active or passive leisure.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
