612.10 SALE OR POSSESSION OF DILUTED LIQUOR OR REFILLED CONTAINERS.

(a) No person shall sell, offer for sale or possess intoxicating liquor in any original container which has been diluted, refilled or partly refilled.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
