Any person imprisoned pursuant to Ohio R.C. 2947.14 because of failure to pay a fine imposed as a sentence shall receive credit upon the fine imposed as a sentence shall receive credit upon the fine at the rate of sixty dollars ($60.00) per day or fraction of a day. If the unpaid fine is less than sixty dollars ($60.00), the person shall be imprisoned one day. No commitment pursuant to Ohio R.C. 2947.14 shall exceed six months.
