452.06 UNATTENDED VEHICLES.
   (a)   No operator of a motor vehicle shall depart from and leave such motor vehicle while its motor is running, whether upon a public right-of-way or upon private property, unless such motor vehicle is left in the immediate care and charge of a person duly licensed to operate that type of motor vehicle.
   (b)   No operator of a motor vehicle shall park such vehicle upon the public right-of- way or upon private property while its motor is running for a period of time longer than reasonably necessary in connection with the operation, use or repair of such motor vehicle if, as a result thereof, a nuisance is thereby created involving noise or the emission of noxious fumes or odors unreasonably disturbing to other persons in the immediate vicinity.
