436.14 PROHIBITION AGAINST FAILURE TO REPORT ACCIDENT.
   (a)   No person shall fail to report a motor vehicle accident as required under the laws of the State or of the City.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 408.01.
