432.35 UNNECESSARY NOISE; HORN BLOWING; PEELING.
   No operator of a motor vehicle shall sound the horn or other signaling device thereon other than when reasonably required in connection with the operation thereof, or in a manner or for a period of time creating more noise than reasonably necessary under the circumstances. No person shall operate a motor vehicle by acceleration of the motor, squealing of brakes or tires or otherwise as to create unnecessary or unreasonable noise.
