404.06 USE OF FICTITIOUS NAME AFTER CITATION.

No person charged with violating any of the provisions of this Traffic Code shall present a citation tag or file a written plea of guilty with the Clerk of the Mayor's Court or the Mayor or with any other court under a name other than his correct and true name.
