874.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). Upon subsequent convictions, the penalty shall be an unclassified misdemeanor but the guilty party shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), in addition to any other penalties as imposed by this chapter.
