(a) There is hereby established in and for the City the part-time position of Mayor's Court Bailiff, which position shall be unclassified and nonexempt.
(b) The Mayor's Court Bailiff shall have the duties set forth in the job description attached to Ordinance 97-35, passed June 26, 1997, as Exhibit A.
(c) Compensation for the Mayor's Court Bailiff shall be the current rate of pay for a part-time police officer.
