280.02 COMPOSITION; TERMS.

The Sidewalk Commission and Hearing Board shall consist of five members, namely: the Service Director; the Chairperson of Service; a representative of the Northwood Board of Education; and two citizen members appointed by the Mayor, which citizen members shall be approved by the City Council. These appointments shall be for an indefinite term.
