The City will pay fifty percent of the cost to repair or replace sidewalks as provided herein for those property owners who qualify using the same guidelines that the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services uses for its emergency food assistance program. The property owner must make request to the City Administrator in order to qualify for emergency hardship.
