(a) Rates for the use of emergency equipment by the City shall be as set forth in Chapter 208 of this Administration Code - the General Fee Schedule.
(b) In addition to the fees provided for in subsection (a) hereof, the City shall compensate any Fire Department personnel for time spent in responding to and resolving any emergency involving hazardous materials at the current City rate of pay for volunteer firefighters. Any costs paid or incurred by the City under this section shall also be deemed an additional expense to be recovered from the responsible party.
(c) In the event that any equipment is destroyed by hazardous waste through contamination, or otherwise, said equipment shall be replaced at the currently existing cost of replacement at the time of loss.
