250.08 APPOINTMENT OF FIRE CHIEF.

Under the provisions of Section 4.05(C) of the City Charter, the Fire Chief shall be appointed by the Mayor with the concurrence of a majority of the members of Council. (Ord. 84-18. Passed 3-22-84.)
