250.06 ATTENDANCE AT DRILLS; LOSS OF MEMBERSHIP.
   All regular and probationary fire-fighters shall attend at least twenty-five percent of the total number of drills, shall attend at least two drill days per month, but shall not miss three consecutive drill days. Failure to comply with the foregoing may result in the forfeiture of membership. Regular members and recruits will be allowed excuses for funeral leave, illness (of the member), work and/or vacation, to a total of three excuses per year, with not more than one excuse being accepted per month and with the year commencing on the date of the first leave. Requests for such absences shall be submitted in writing to the District Chief. All excuses and discipline shall be handled by the District Chief.
