250.02 FIRE CHIEF, DEPUTY CHIEF AND DISTRICT CHIEFS; RECORDS.
   (a)   Until such time as the City establishes a paid full-time Fire Department, there shall be one Fire Chief, one Deputy Chief and two District Fire Chiefs in the Volunteer Fire Department with one District Chief having jurisdiction over Fire Station No. 1 and the other District Chief having jurisdiction over Fire Station No. 2. In the absence or disability of the Fire Chief, the Deputy Chief shall assume the responsibility of the Fire Chief under the guidance of the Administrator.
   (b)   The Fire Chief shall keep, in convenient form, a complete record of all fires. Such record shall include the time of the alarm, the location of the fire, the cause of the fire (if known), the type of building, the name of the owner and tenant, the purpose for which it was occupied, the value of the building and its contents, the names of the members of the Department responding to the alarm and such other information as he or she deems advisable or as may be required from time to time by Council.
