(a) The Finance and Revenue Director is hereby authorized and directed to accept cash from the mandatory drug fines imposed on convicted drug offenders in accordance with Ohio R.C. 2925.03(J) and (K).
(b) The Director is hereby directed to place all cash received into Special Law Enforcement Mandatory Drug Fine Fund No. 235, to be used solely for the Police Department's law enforcement efforts pertaining to drug offenses. Such Fund shall be separate and apart from all other special funds.
