(a) The Finance and Revenue Director is hereby authorized and directed to accept cash, vehicles and other property in accordance with Ohio R.C. 2933.43, the Contraband Seizure Forfeiture Act. However, any acceptance of real estate by the Director shall be subject to approval by ordinance of Council.
(b) The Director is hereby directed to place all cash received into a special trust fund, entitled Special Law Enforcement Trust Fund No. 236, to be used solely for law enforcement purposes. Such Fund shall be separate and apart from all other special funds.
