248.04 SCHOOL CROSSING GUARD.
   (a)   The position of school crossing guard is hereby created.
   (b)   The school crossing guard shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of Council, and shall perform such duties and work such hours as are assigned by the Chief of Police.
