The regular police force of the City shall consist of a Police Chief, a Police Captain, five Police Sergeants, fourteen Police Patrolmen, a Dispatcher Supervisor, five Dispatchers, an Administrative Secretary, and other personnel as Council shall from time to time determine. All police employees shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the concurrence of City Council.
