Local landowners desiring to obtain a water supply for their premises with respect to improvements and construction commenced after the date hereof (Resolution 68-9, passed June 13, 1968) shall make application for a water tap to the Clerk-Treasurer using permit forms prepared and furnished by the Clerk-Treasurer, wherein all relevant and useful information respecting the premises to be served is entered. Thereupon, the applicant shall make application for an inspection permit to be processed by the Wood County Building Inspector. Upon approval of such new construction and proposed local water tap, the applicant shall then make application to the Department of Public Service, Division of Water, City of Oregon or Toledo, for an inspection permit, pursuant to all rules and regulations prescribed by such Divisions. In that connection, the applicant shall pay all charges levied for the permit and for the water tap or otherwise, as regulated from time to time by the City of Oregon or Toledo.
