   The following are hereby declared to be the six most public places within the corporate limits of the City:

      Northwood Municipal Building;

      Northwood Board of Education Administration Building;

      Northwood Fire Station No. l;

      Northwood Fire Station No. 2;

      Northwood Community Center; and

      City of Northwood Website; NorthwoodOH.gov.
