1604.05 FIRE HAZARD REVIEW; PERMITS; FEES.

The Municipal Administrator and the Fire Chief, in consultation with the Fire Inspection Division of the Fire Department, shall review, annually, any new materials, processes, occupations or trades which constitute a fire hazard, which shall require additional permits other than those enumerated above, and shall report, annually, to the City Council for its review so that fees for such permits can be adopted by the City of Northwood.
