1604.04 PAYMENT OF FEES; LATE FEE CHARGE.

   The above fees shall be paid to the City of Northwood forty-five days from the date the fire inspection service is performed. After forty-five days, the balance due for services performed is considered delinquent and shall be subject to a five dollar ($5.00) late fee charge.
