1602.12 ROUTES FOR VEHICLES TRANSPORTING EXPLOSIVES, DANGEROUS ARTICLES.

No person shall operate any vehicle transporting explosives, blasting agents, hazardous chemicals or other dangerous articles on any street or other public way in the Village other than on State routes.
