1462.05 DEVELOPMENT OF STORM WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLANS.

(a) This regulation requires that a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan be developed and implemented for all parcels where disturbance of one acre or more will occur and on which any regulated activity of Section 1462.01(c) is proposed.
