Council shall meet in regular session at the Council Chambers at 7:00 p.m., on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month commencing October 13, 2016, continuing every other week thereafter. Should any holiday fall upon the date for a regular meeting, Council shall appoint another date within the same month in lieu thereof.
