The following shall be the rules and regulations of Ranger Park:
(a) Park open from dawn to dusk.
(b) Shall be open to the public every day of the year from dawn to dusk.
(c) No parking on the grass.
(d) Mandatory catch and release of all fish at all times unless allowed for special events with written approval from the City Administrator.
(e) Must document all catches in diary provided at entrance to park to monitor fish production.
(f) No live fish such as minnows may be used for bait. Worms and artificial bait are okay to use.
(g) Do not release any fish from other ponds or rivers or other waterways into Ranger Pond.
(h) Adults and children may fish. Age 16 and older must have a fishing license.
(i) No littering.
(j) No wading.
(k) No swimming.
(l) No watercraft.
(m) No bicycles.
(n) No remote control toys.
(o) No feeding wildlife.
(p) Consumption of alcoholic beverages prohibited.
(q) All animals must be on leash at all times.
