1048.01 SEWER CONNECTIONS MANDATORY WHEN AVAILABLE.

No person, being the owner, occupant or person in charge of any premises so situated that connection with any sanitary sewer is possible, shall maintain or permit to be maintained on or in connection with such premises any privy vault, cesspool, septic tank or other repository for human excreta.
