(a) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 121.22, there is hereby established a fund to be known as the Sanitary Sewers Operation, Maintenance and Replacement Fund.
(b) All moneys collected by the City of Toledo and paid to the City of Northwood and all moneys which otherwise come into the possession of the City of Northwood as a fee, tax or other charge for the use, installation, repair, replacement, maintenance or administration of sanitary sewers shall be credited to such Fund.
(c) All actions taken relative to the replacement, maintenance or administration of sanitary sewers located within the Northwood Sanitary Sewer Area shall be disbursed from such Fund as the need arises.
