1044.01 TAPS; PERMIT FEE.
   (a)   In order to properly control information on all future sewer taps for domestic, commercial, industrial or other purposes which are made within the City limits, before all taps can be made, each person desiring to make such a tap shall apply to the Clerk- Treasurer and sign the necessary forms and pay a fee as set forth in Chapter 208 of the Administration Code - the General Fee Schedule, for each sewer tap.
   (b)   Such permit fee does not preclude the establishment of any tap charge, inspection fee or assessment cost for any applicant for a sewer permit, but shall be solely for the purpose of providing necessary information as to the establishment and location of such taps.
   (c)   Such applicants shall also make necessary application to the other political subdivisions that have jurisdiction over such matters, such as the City of Toledo Water Division, the City of Oregon Water Division or the Wood County Sanitary Engineer's office and written approval must be obtained from such agencies prior to the construction of any sewer tap.
