(a) The following railroad crossings shall be lighted:
(1) Oak Street Crossing near Andrus Road at the Penn Central Railroad;
(2) Andrus Road Crossing east of East Broadway between East Broadway and Tracy Roads at the Penn Central Crossing;
(3) Wales Road Crossing between Tracy Road and East Broadway at the Penn Central Railroad;
(4) Drouillard Road Crossing north of Wales Road at the Penn Central Railroad;
(5) Wales Road Crossing east of Drouillard Road between Drouillard and Woodville Roads at the Penn Central Railroad Crossing;
(6) Wales Road Crossing east of East Broadway between East Broadway and Drouillard Road at the C & O Railroad Crossing;
(7) Wales Road Crossing west of Drouillard Road between East Broadway and Drouillard Road at the Toledo Terminal Railroad Crossing.
(b) All of the above crossings will be lighted with 2-400 watt high pressure sodium lights.
(c) These lights are to be installed with poles with overhead supply in accordance with plans and specifications and estimates heretofore prepared and now on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer which plans, specifications and estimates are hereby approved. Such lights shall be installed and operated and the cost of such lights shall be borne by the railroad companies involved pursuant to Ohio R.C. 723.33 to 723.37 inclusive.
