1024.05 USE OF MONEYS.

Moneys collected by the Clerk-Treasurer under the provisions of this chapter shall be deposited in the proper Village fund and disbursed solely for the purpose of paying for the repair and replacement of any pavement broken into or disturbed for any of the purposes mentioned herein.
