(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be charged with a first degree misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues and for each instance of a violation.

(b) Whoever violates Section 880.09(d) shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each disclosure shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to the above penalty, any employee of the City who violates Section 880.09(d) shall be guilty of an offense punishable by immediate dismissal.
