Each operator of a hazardous waste landfill facility located within the City shall keep complete and accurate records and manifests of the amount, type and volume of hazardous waste disposed of within the facility each day. Forms for such records shall be provided by the Finance and Revenue Director and such a form shall be filed with the Director on or before the twenty-fifth day of each month for the activity of the previous month. The form shall accompany the monthly remittance of permit fees.
