In addition to the fee and deposit required in Sections 826.02 and 826.03, before a license is issued, the applicant shall furnish a certified copy and bond of a reputable insurance or bonding company licensed to do business in the State, which bond shall indemnify the City for any and all property damage or personal injury resulting from the conduct of such circus, menagerie, carnival, sideshow, musical or minstrel entertainment in the amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) for property damage and one million dollars ($1,000,000) for personal injuries.
