No person shall engage in any of the trades, businesses or professions for which licenses are required by this Title Two of Part Eight - the Business Regulation and Taxation Code or by any other ordinance or provision of these Codified Ordinances without first applying for and obtaining a license from the Clerk-Treasurer or other duly authorized issuing authority.
