674.01 NOXIOUS WEEDS; DUTY TO CUT.
   (a)   No owner, lessee, agent or tenant of land shall permit noxious weeds or grass to grow that are about to spread or mature seeds or which are eight inches or more in height. Failure to keep such weeds or grass cut in conformity with this section shall constitute a violation of this section.

   (b)   No owner, lessee, agent or tenant of land shall permit litter, as defined in Ohio R.C. 731.51, to remain on property.
   (c)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
