§ 156.043 ACCESSORY USES.
   (A)   Permitted buildings and uses. The following accessory buildings and uses are permitted in the A-1 District:
      (1)   Repair shops, sheds, garages, barns, silos, earth stations or dish antennas, irrigation wells and pumps and buildings and structures customarily required for any of such uses.
      (2)   Signs in accordance with Chapter 154 of this code.
   (B)   Setbacks. Minimum setbacks are as follows:
      (1)   Separation between structures. Structures that are not a part of the main structure shall have a separation of 5 feet from all inhabitable structures.
      (2)   Front yard.
         (a)   Structures shall be set back 50 feet from the front lot line, accessory buildings shall not be permitted in the required front yard.
         (b)   Private garages and carports shall observe the same front yard setbacks required for the main structure.
         (c)   Where lots have a double frontage, the required front yard shall be provided on both streets.
      (3)   Side yard.
         (a)   Structures shall be set back 5 feet from any side lot line.
         (b)   The minimum side yard setback for all comer lots adjoining a side street shall be 10 feet.
      (4)   Rear yard.
         (a)   Structures shall be set back 5 feet from the rear lot line.
         (b)   Garages and carports opening onto an alley shall be at least 10 feet from the alley line.
