§ 154.047 AUTHORITY TO ORDER REMOVAL OF UNLAWFUL SIGNS.
   The Building Inspector may order the removal of any sign that is not erected or maintained in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable per § 154.999.
