§ 154.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined.
      (1)   Upon first conviction: minimum of $200; maximum of $500.
      (2)   Upon each subsequent conviction: a minimum of $500.
   (B)   Each sign installed and each day that such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. Whenever a violation of this chapter exists, the city may proceed by a suit in equity to enjoin the violation, in the manner provided by law.
   (C)   Whenever in any action it is established that a violation exists, the court shall together with the fine or penalty imposed, enter an order of abatement as a part of the judgment in the case.
