§ 130.009 REFRIGERATORS AND SIMILAR APPLIANCES IN THE OPEN AND ACCESSIBLE TO CHILDREN.
   (A)   Unsafe appliances prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person to permit a refrigerator, icebox, freezer or any other dangerous appliance to be in the open and accessible to children, whether on private or public property, unless he or she shall first remove all doors and make the appliance reasonably safe.
   (B)   Penalty. Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in § 130.999(A)(1).
